At New England Family Institute, the focus of our work is on understanding how people connect with one another within the systems they form. The individuals’ learning style, developmental stage and method of processing information are examined in an effort to facilitate learning and change. We never forget the person, their biology and the system in which they live. We believe relationships to be interactive. They are highly influenced by each participant’s family of origin. People learn to dance together from their history and this dance enrich or prove toxic to a person, depending on the individual, the unique composite of their family, their biology and learning style.
